1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement" or "these Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "the Player", "you", or "your") and 333b (hereinafter referred to as "333b", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 333b platform, website, mobile interface, and all associated services available at 333b.io and its subdomains.

By completing the registration process, accessing your account, or placing any bet or wager on the 333b platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 333b platform.

333b operates as an offshore online gaming and sports betting platform. Players in Bangladesh access this service at their own discretion and are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with any applicable local regulations. 333b makes no representations regarding the legal status of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 333b website, mobile site, applications, and all gaming services accessible through 333b.io.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the 333b platform through the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or bonus amounts credited to an account by 333b as part of a promotional offer, which are subject to separate wagering conditions before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by 333b before processing withdrawal requests.

3. Eligibility

Use of the 333b platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you maintain an active account.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and on your own behalf — corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of 333b or any of its associated service providers.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by 333b for breach of these Terms or for any conduct that would constitute grounds for suspension under these Terms.
• You are not using the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you take sole responsibility for verifying your own legal position.

4. Account Registration

To access the betting, casino, and gaming services offered by 333b, you must complete the registration process and maintain a valid account in good standing.

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 333b platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 333b reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Any information found to be false, misleading, or belonging to another person will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

333b reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point after registration. You will be required to submit acceptable proof of identity (National ID card, passport, or equivalent government-issued photo identification) and proof of payment method ownership before your first withdrawal is processed. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the stated timeframe will result in withdrawal suspension until documentation is received.

4.4 Account Currency

All accounts on the 333b platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Deposits, withdrawals, balances, and bonus amounts are all expressed in BDT. 333b does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 333b will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify 333b immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

333b will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security over their credentials. All activity conducted through a Player's account — whether authorised by the Player or not — is the responsibility of the account holder unless the Player has reported a security breach to 333b prior to the relevant activity occurring.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

333b currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank accounts including those held with BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major domestic banks. Supported methods are subject to change and the current list is displayed on the cashier page within your account.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction. 333b reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum transaction limits at its discretion with reasonable notice to Players.

6.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 333b balance within 60 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the originating institution's processing times. 333b is not liable for delays caused by the payment service provider's infrastructure.

6.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts are processed by 333b within 15 to 30 minutes during normal operating conditions. Processing times during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or public holidays in Bangladesh may be longer. 333b will notify Players of any expected delays via the support email address on file.

6.5 Withdrawal of Bonus-Derived Funds

Funds derived from bonus offers — including winnings generated using bonus credits — are only eligible for withdrawal once all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of those bonus funds and any associated winnings.

6.6 Payment Method Matching

Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit. 333b may request additional verification if a Player requests a withdrawal to a payment method not previously used for a deposit on the account.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

333b may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to individual Players only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a specific promotional offer only once unless the promotion's own terms explicitly state that it is recurring.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the individual promotion's terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance at expiry.
• 333b reserves the right to determine which game categories, specific titles, or bet types contribute toward wagering requirements, and the rate at which they contribute. Not all games contribute at the same rate; slots typically contribute at a higher rate than table games and live casino.
• 333b reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time where it has reason to believe the promotion is being abused or where a technical error has resulted in an unintended offer being displayed.
• Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, arbitrage betting across accounts, collusion with other players to exploit promotional terms, or systematic exploitation of free bet offers — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to permanent account closure.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 General Betting Conduct

All bets placed on the 333b platform are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant product category — sports betting, live casino, slots, arcade, or card games. These rules are displayed within each game or market before a bet is placed and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are determined by 333b and displayed within each market or game at the time of wagering. 333b reserves the right to impose individual Player betting limits where betting patterns suggest professional or arbitrage activity, or where risk management requirements necessitate it.

8.3 Acceptance of Bets

333b reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit acceptance confirmation from the platform. In-play betting markets may be suspended or cancelled at any time due to technical issues, data feed interruptions, or sporting event circumstances beyond 333b's control.

8.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds, erroneous payouts, or game malfunctions — 333b reserves the right to void affected bets and correct any resulting account balances. No player has a legitimate expectation of retaining winnings derived from a clearly erroneous price or system malfunction.

8.5 Void Bets

Bets may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to: event abandonment, postponement beyond the applicable settlement period, data feed failure, force majeure events, or where 333b has reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing, corruption, or irregular betting patterns associated with an event.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 333b platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any algorithmic system to place bets or interact with the platform in a way that circumvents normal human interaction.
• Colluding with other players to exploit casino games, betting markets, or promotional offers.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity.

10. Responsible Gaming

333b is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting Players from the potential harms associated with problem gambling. The following tools are available to all registered Players at no cost via the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.

11. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the platform or any game.
• Use any 333b trademark, logo, or brand asset in any context without express written authorisation.

12. Privacy & Data

333b collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at 333b.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key data processing activities include account management, payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and — where you have given explicit consent — direct marketing communications.

333b uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit between your device and the platform servers. Player funds and payment credentials are not stored on 333b's own servers; all financial transaction data is handled directly by the applicable payment service provider.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 333b's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits 333b's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

14. Amendments to These Terms

333b reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 333b will provide at least 14 days' prior notice to Players via the email address registered to their account and/or by a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the 333b platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and withdraw your available balance before the effective date of the change.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 333b holds its operating licence. In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of the 333b platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
